The Lambing Barn is located on the Priory Farm Estate in Nutfield, Surrey. This stunning venue has been owned by the Shinner family since 1957, and is well-loved by generations.
Expertly hand-crafted by carpenters and with an integral, newly-fitted kitchen, the barn’s doors open onto a flagstone patio with steps leading to the meadow – all exclusively yours for your venue hire period.
The Lambing Barn measures 12m x 6m and has a flagstone terrace of the same size, which is suitable for a marquee, effectively doubling the size of the venue.

The Lambing Barn is a great place for a party, with plenty of space for entertaining. You have the freedom to bring your own food or work with a professional caterer.

Capacity
The barn holds 40 people seated (or 60 with a marquee) or 60 seated (or 80 with a marquee). A dance floor can be arranged.
As part of your exclusive-use hire, we will provide tables, chairs, a bluetooth sound system, HD projector and internal/external speakers.
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, American-style fridge freezer, sink and working surfaces.

Food
Food is an important element of most events, and you’ll be pleased to know we offer complete flexibility. This means you are free to bring your own food or to work with a professional caterer.
Also, because there is lots of outdoor space, this party venue can easily accommodate a catering van, such as a wood-fired pizza oven. Parked near the terrace, this informal-style of catering lends an extra element to the event and a real sense of atmosphere.
The inside of the barn is licensed all day for the sale of alcohol until 11pm.
