We are delighted to welcome a new contributor to our calendar – cookery tutor Janet Manning. She shows us an easy recipe for tiny Salmon and Lime Fishcakes, Gently Baked Pork with Sussex Gratin, Blueberry and Pear Cocottes and a Duo Dessert of Hot and Cold Chocolate, which Janet tells us has a good dollop of “Wow” factor!
