Speciality food and wine

Many specialist and artisan food companies choose to supply only independent retailers who share their passion for fine food. So when you visit Priory Farm Shop, expect to find many great-tasting groceries which are simply not available in the supermarkets.

Gran Stead’s Ginger Wine
This historic non-alcoholic Ginger Wine won Best Speciality from the South East at the 2009 Great Taste Awards. It’s warming, invigorating and absolutely delicious. Read more at www.GranSteadsGinger.co.uk

Le Mesurier’s speciality sauces and chutneys
Based in Dorking, Le Mesurier’s range of condiments is certainly worth checking out. Hand made by Chef Patrick Le Mesurier, the exquisite tastes, textures and colours of these products are sure to appeal to our gourmet customers.

Anila’s Authentic Sauces make light work of mealtimes
Anila’s sauces are based on her family’s recipes and are made from the freshest ingredients, so you can conjure up a traditional Indian meal in no time. Says Anila, who is based in Surrey: “I believe I can bring delicious tastes and flavours to people looking for authentic Indian cooking.” Try her sauces and we’re sure you’ll agree!  www.anilassauces.com

We go out of our way to support local producers who make gorgeous goodies…
Like “Chocolatejohn” chocolates - handmade in Dorking - ice cream from St Joan’s Farm at Leigh. There are too many to mention here, so expect a few nice surprises when you visit!

Really local honey…
from bees that live at Priory Farm.  We also stock honey from other local beekeepers.  As demand sometimes exceeds supply, do ask for a honey update or reserve your jars by calling the Farm Shop on 01737 822603.

Speciality wines and liqueurs from Lyme Bay Winery
This award-winning Devon winery produces unusual delights.

We stock Lyme Bay’s Jack Ratt Scrumpy which won Best Speciality from the South West at the 2009 Great Taste Awards

Belvoir’s drinks are naturally delicious
During the cooler weather there’s nothing quite like a glass of Belvoir’s Spiced Winter Berries Cordial … or how about Ginger Cordial or Cranberry Pressé? Belvoir have developed some fabulous recipes

Brilliant beers and cider
We are extremely fortunate to have two breweries nearby - Hogs Back Brewery and Westerham Brewery – so expect to find some local gems amongst our range of speciality beers.

Refreshing organic lager from Horsham
Described as “pure blonde beer from organic produce, with a floral note, a long powerful brew with a firm body and luxuriant head,”  Hepworth’s Organic Lager has a crisp flavour and goes with all kinds of food.  It’s wheat free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans too!
