James Harris is something of a sausage aficionado, and people visit Priory Farm Shop just to stock up on handmade chipolatas and traditional sausages, which are available in a wonderful variety of flavours, from timeless favourites such as Lincolnshire and Pork & Leek to newly created Chicken & Lemon. One of the best sellers is the prize-winning Pork & Ale sausage prepared with British Bulldog Ale from nearby Westerham Brewery.
