Our visiting fishmonger, Veasey & Sons, will be outside the Farm Shop every Friday and Saturday between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
Veasey & Sons bring us the freshest seasonal catch, most of which is caught by their own day boat which fishes between Eastbourne Harbour and Poole Bay.

Chapman's fishcakes from Grimsby are made with freshly caught fish and local Maris Piper potatoes, and their Salmon Wellington is ready to pop into the oven to impress your guests! We also stock frozen fish and breaded goujons, which taste great with a dollop of Le Mesurier Tartare Sauce from Surrey chef Patrick Le Mesurier.
Luxurious delights including flavoursome patés, smoked trout and organically reared salmon from one of the top Scottish smokehouses, Inverawe, where time-honoured methods result in the full-bodied, oaky flavour that is their hallmark. Smoked salmon and Chalk Hills bread makes a wonderful dinner party starter!
